VISITORS DATA
Some data resulting from one or more visits to juizs.nl is permanently stored, but anonymously. The data will therefore never be traceable to a person or organization. JUIZS ensures good security of the stored data. JUIZS can use the data provided by the customer for the following purposes:
Sending one or more emails such as, but not limited to, an email containing login details;
Bringing (incidentally) to the attention of a product, tip, usefulness, etc., which JUIZS believes can contribute to a more successful website experience for the visitor
Processing a made order;
Sending one or more e-mails relating to the ordered, such as, but not limited to, an e-mail stating the confirmation of the order.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
Data provided by the customer to JUIZS will never be passed on to third parties. An exception is that we pass on the customer’s address details to our logistics partner via a secure portal environment: Leen Menken Foodservice Logistics B.V. so that they can deliver the order to the customer’s address. There is also an exception to this rule if a court order has been issued to provide data.
MODIFICATION OF CUSTOMER DATA
The customer has the option to change the data provided at any time. In such a case, JUIZS can ask the customer to pass on the change in a manner prescribed by JUIZS and in some cases identification can be requested.
COOKIES
JUIZS uses cookies to optimize the functionality of certain pages of the website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the visitor’s computer by a page of the website. Such a cookie stores information such as certain preferences of the visitor. As a result, JUIZS can serve the visitor even better during a subsequent visit.
The visitor can decide for himself how to deal with cookies. He can set his browser so that it allows, does not allow or partially allows the use of cookies. In the latter case, it can be set which websites may place cookies. It will then be prohibited for all other websites. This option is provided by the most common modern browsers.
